Your Impact:

• Under supervision, receive and direct visitors, employment applications, salesmen and customers to
• appropriate locations and parties.
• Receive visitors, determines nature of visit and directs accordingly.
• Enforce appropriate security directives.
• Perform related clerical work such as typing, filing, sorting, distributing mail and the like.
• Handle all incoming calls thru main phone system and directs calls accordingly.
• Restock office supplies, kitchen supplies and keeping common areas clean and tidy.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet. Experience a plus but not required.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetical ability.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Entry-level position.
• Degree: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able obtain and maintain a security clearance.
