The purpose of this role is to provide broad Civil Engineering Technician skills and capacity to the NZ Transport Performance Unit, in particular Roads & Highways on small to medium scale projects and support of these functions on major projects.

The Civil Engineer Technician is responsible for providing consultancy and engineering services within the ANZ region and will work alongside Senior Engineers whilst aiding on projects where required to further develop understanding of civil principles. The Civil Engineer Technician will also work collaboratively with other team members to deliver goals and targets of the team, section and PU. #LI-AP1 #APMETransport #ANZTransport #ANZRoads #ANZHighways #APMERoads #APMEHighways

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with appropriate relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Degree Civil Engineering)

• Knowledge and experience of civil & roads design and engineering principles, methods, and deliverables for infrastructure projects.

• The ability to proactively develop skills in software to support design development (i.e. OpenRoads, 12D, Civil 3D)

• The ability to assist in the development of graduate engineers, particularly training in the use of civil analysis software.

• The ability to co-ordination and support GID and Digital Delivery.

• Salary range ($65K – $75K) based on 40 hours per week and located at our Auckland based office.
