JAG Healthcare Wooster is looking for a Dietary Aide/Cook to add to the Culinary team! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to help prepare and deliver food to our residents. The goal of the Dietary Aide/Cook is to properly prepare and serve food within appropriate temperature guidelines, following our cleanliness procedures. JAG Healthcare Wooster is a 42-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility focused on serving those with Cognitive Deficit and Behavioral Health care needs. Each resident room is treated as their individual home. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with individuals living with cognitive deficits. Applicants must be team-oriented, dependable and demonstrate professionalism in the workplace.

*Responsibilities: *(Include but not limited to)

• Complete food and meal preparation
• Timely meal deliveries to residents
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen & dining room
• Positively interact with residents, staff, and guests
• Comply with Company, Local, State, and Federal guidelines for Food Safety and Food Handling

Skills:

• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.50 – $11.50 per hour
