What you’ll do

• Make Happy Campers by serving RV customers with their windshield and side glass replacement needs
• Field inbound calls, emails, chat and text messages from customers – with a warm smile and problem solving approach
• Access our specialized systems to provide customer quotes based upon glass pricing, nearest shop location, insurance information and freight/crate
• Interface with customer, glass shops and insurance partners to schedule appointments
• Remote meet-up with the team for detailed customer service representative training, tailored to our industry
• Seek ways to improve internal processes and overall customer experience

• A command of Word, Outlook and Excel
• Bi-lingual French or Spanish is a readily recognized super power

Tech requirements

• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload from a reliable internet provider
• Hard-wired Ethernet connection (no wifi)
• We’ll provide internet and tech equipment, you provide dedicated home office space free of distraction/background noise
