Jim Shea Personal Assistant
Hours: 8 hours each day, 3 days per week
Pay Scale: $45.00/hour

Work Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00pm, eat on the fly

Requirements: a) Sufficient Education and Experience to manage very much information, both in the form of data and otherwise.

Job Description (in rough order of priority)
1) Gathering Sorting Mail a) ReCycle b) Sorting/Dating/Filing

2) Paying Bills a) And all that is done in order to maintain efficient system for doing so

3) Building and Maintaining All Accounts a) Walnut Orchard (La Purisima) (Ag, Water, Organic,
State/County/Federal) b) JFShea Corporate (lots of signature pages)
4) Building and Maintaining Tax Files a) Walnut Orchard (La Purisima) b) Conservatorship c) Charities

5) Help with Home & Auto Maintenance (as instructed by JShea) a) ID and maintain lists of home maintenance items (2 houses, next to each other) b) Schedule and Verify work of Home Maintenance c) Maintain Records of Payments and Invoices for Home maintenance d) Same with autos
6) Administer Maintenance, and Contribute Towards Efficient Use of and Improvement of… IT Systems/Equipment (as instructed by
JShea) a) All family mobile devices (includes laptops, mobile phones, ipads, etc….) b) assist JShea “el stupido” with all things IT c) help Manage digital “library of records” and Add to digital “library of records” when required

7) Managing Purchases, Orders, and Deliveries of: …(shared responsibility with others) a) consumables (meds, hygiene supplies, regular household supplies,
….) b) household equipment, appliances, furniture, and otherwise c) services provided (health and welfare, legal, etc..)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
