Salary:

• €32,000 – €35,000 per year

• 38-45 hour weeks

• 5 Days On 2 Days off Rota

Experience Desired:

• 2.5 years experience working in Food Production or Kitchen Environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the efficient ordering, receipt and management of fresh produce so that the shop is appropriately stocked.

• To oversee the shop floor in the absence of a Manager and to ensure all product is available and reaches our required standards

• Keep all areas of Fresh Produce clean, tidy and ordered. Including monthly deep cleaning of the shop floor and stock fridges to maintain their efficiency.

• Adhere to HAACP regulations, ensuring that the integrity of produce is maintained through appropriate status checking, packing and cleaning procedures.

• Delivery of excellent customer service and passing on customer feedback to the management team.

• Provide a safe and clean environment for staff and customers by adhering to food hygiene, health and safety and fire safety regulations.

• Ensuring that the appearance of the shop is always abundant by regular shop floor walks, stock taking and monitoring stock levels.

• Create an enticing and welcoming environment that will lead a team to provide exemplary customer service
