Work at a global company that makes 3D printers and semiconductor manufacturing equipment!!Japanese language profiency(N3 level) is a mustWe are looking for a Field service technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Resposibilities

• Initially, you will study the equipment in Japan, and at the time of delivery of the equipment you will go to the overseas base (Germany and the U.S.) along with the assigned team to install and start up the equipment!
• Overseas equipment installation and maintenance work

• Experience in installation and maintenance of any kind of machinery or equipment is required(Preference given to mechanical, electrical/electronic, and IT engineers)

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Business trips to Europe and the USA

• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints and diagnose/troubleshoot electromechanical device.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player. Flexible, willing to work compressed work week
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Skills

• Proven field service experience. Experience in Installation or maintenance of equipment or machinery (more than 1 year)
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• English literacy and Japanese language profeciency (JLPT N3 or above)
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Technical degree or certification
