As a member of the Headquarters Customer Service Team the Automotive Technical Advisor is primarily responsible for answering phone calls from customers having either warranty and/or technical issues.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with customers
• Sustaining relationships with customers
• Answer phone calls from customers who have warranty or technical issues
• Troubleshoot and help resolve the customers concerns

Qualifications:

Looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who is driven to solve problems with a strong ability for technical detail in either gas engines, diesel engines, and/or transmissions. The Associate must be self-driven, organized, and have strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The Associate must be detail oriented be a decision maker. The Customer Service Automotive Technical Advisor will be required to complete on-site training in Jasper Indiana for a minimum of two months. Once training is completed the Associate will be given necessary tools and equipment to work remotely from home.

• 2–4-year automotive degree preferred
• Computer knowledge and keyboarding ability required
• Ability to connect company provided computer to home network via ethernet cable
• Stable high speed internet access required (10mbps download x 10 mbps upload)
