IT Analyst
We are looking for an IT Analyst for JBS that is based in the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.
We’re seeking a motivated individual for the position of IT analyst. As a member of our IT team, you will focus on solving organizational problems by analyzing processes, workflows, and systems with the objective of identifying opportunities for either improvement or automation. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with all levels of non-IT users to gain an in-depth understanding of their requirements or issues. From day one, you will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, and a lasting influence on our growth plans.
Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Develop and analyze functional specifications
• Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
• Coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions
• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams
• Gather feedback from end-users about system performance
• Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, software implementations)
• Provide advice, support, and technical training
• Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
• Design, document and perform functional testing – unit, integration, and regression.
• Knowledge transfer to the customer; including training document creation.
• Provide technical and functional support to internal end-users to ensure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction (including on-call)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience as an IT Analyst OR A degree in IT related field (graduates welcome)
• Knowledge of databases and writing functional specification documents
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset and Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to learn in a hands-on environment
• Technical aptitude with successful project management experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of-

  • Network Infrastructure
  • Database
  • MS Office suite
• As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• 
  Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• 
  Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 
  401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• 
  Base salary range of $65,000-$75,000; and
• 
  Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
