HR Systems Coordinator

JBS is currently seeking a Human Resources Systems Coordinator based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. The Coordinator works on HR Systems platform and maintenance of employee data. Inputs data into a computer processing system and reviews output for accuracy. Generates standard reports for Human Resources or managing personnel. May alter query variables in order to generate more complex or ad-hoc reports. This position is primarily systems with an emphasis on data entry and will have minimum employee relations outside of administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Reoccurring Ad-hoc reporting
  • Processing of corporate personnel change forms into SAP (promotions, demotions, onboarding, off boarding)
  • Upload new hire employee files and employee change documents
  • Process Employee Changes (Direct Deposit, W-4, Address Change, Emergency Contact etc)
  • Audit plant personnel changes to ensure completion
  • Troubleshoot SAP Payroll Errors
  • Audit SAP Master Data and work with internal teams to correct
  • SharePoint administration, maintenance and execution
  • Monitor HRIS email box and phone line
  • Provide SAP Support and Training for Plants (Leading training initiative for HR system trainings)
  • Provide proactive support to plant based (remote) HR Coordinators
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt to new demands, reprioritize workload and address urgent demands quickly
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to all associates and all internal/external resources
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new skills, technologies and business processes quickly
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and across all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work inclusively, but also be able to work independently and without excessive supervision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential employee information
  • Attention to detail
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field preferred

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary of $21.50/hr and
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible for a retention bonus;

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
