Office in BAY HARBOR ISLAND is seeking a full time secretary/assistant to assist agent with daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling administration and customer service service
related tasks. MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!
INSURANCE/HR EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS!!
MUST HAVE:
-Ability to work independently with attention to detail, with excellent handwriting
-Must have excellent oral and writing communication skills, excellent phone etiquette with clients
-Must be well organized and able to multi task
-Must be able to work under fast paced environment
-MUST TYPE 50 wpm with excellent spelling
-Must be able to compose letters, memos, etc and able to do spreadsheets
-Must have strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
-Must be able to provide office support such as answering phones, fax handling, scanning documents
filing and other miscellaneous office functions
-Must have own transportation and live near NORTH MIAMI
-Must dress professional and office is a non smoking office
