Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Workforce Intelligence Data Quality Analyst. This position may be located in Prague, Czech Republic, but open to consideration of talent at any major J&J Consumer Health Office globally as well as remote.

Responsibilities:
The Workforce Intelligence Data Quality Analyst, will together with the Global Head of Workforce Intelligence and Data Strategy, lead strategic analyses and organization enablement functions for the North America and Latin America regions
Partner with Workforce Intelligence & Data Strategy in a consulting role, by providing dedicated support to regions as well as key internal partners to derive and present actionable insights from data
Gather, prepare and analyze workforce data focused on various people metrics, including, but not limited to, diversity, turnover, headcount, and movement data, to support BUHR clients and help answer key business questions
Validate datasets consumed by the HR community
Leverage metrics and analyses to provide strategic insights to positively impact the business
Clearly communicate insights to inform internal business partners and drive actionable outcomes
Create presentations and other deliverables for senior-facing audiences
Build rapport and be able to communicate effectively and influence senior leaders
Work with large, complex data sets, demonstrating discretion when dealing with highly sensitive employee data
Qualifications
Requirements:
A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required
A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR analytics required
Proven recent experience with increasing accuracy and completeness of workforce data
The ability to work quickly with an agile mindset is required
Business experience with data visualization tools and storytelling
High level of proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, analyzing complex situations, and absorbing considerable amounts of data to identify key themes and identify actionable insights that lead to effective solutions and recommendations
Preferred Competencies:
MBA or Master’s degree is preferred
HR consulting experience is desired
Strong business and financial acumen, demonstrated project management skills, and prior work experience at a Fortune 100 company
