Responsibilites:

• Answering calls, taking messages, and making phone calls
• Using office equipment to check emails, send faxes, make copies, and update computer databases.
• Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 year of office experience (required)
• Computer savvy
• Bookkeeping (2 years)
• Accounts receivable/payable (preferred)
• Data entry experience
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multitask
• Great attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work individually or with a team
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
