Customer Service Specialist – Product Support Group

Up to $25.00 per hour to start plus excellent company-sponsored benefits

As Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Answer customer calls
• Address questions and inquiries
• Respond to customer emails
• Process price quotes and orders
• Perform document review and document control functions
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Monitor open orders and shipments
• Provide additional cross-functional support as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of Customer Service experience
• Related experience from a manufacturer or distributor of products
