Clerical / Administrative / Dispatching

Administrative Service Coordinator (Service Department)

Up to $22.00 per hour plus full benefits

As Administrative Service Coordinator, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Join the Service Department
• Administer daily schedules for Service Technicians
• Receive service calls and customer service inquiries
• Setup and arrange service appointments
• Create service quotes and work orders
• Dispatch Technicians to jobsites
• Create pricing proposals for new products and systems
• Prepare routine and special correspondence
• Maintain and update customer account information in the database
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as appropriate
• Provide additional support as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Administrative experience
• Customer Service experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accurate data entry skills

• A customer-focused approach
• Organization and attention to detail

Pluses:

• +++ Service Department experience
• +++ Appointment setting and/or scheduling experience
• +++ Mechanical aptitude
• +++ Dispatching experience
