Clerical / Administrative / Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist

Start ASAP – $18.00 per hour

As Front Desk Receptionist, you will:

• Cover a leave
• Start for training on September 19th
• Answer the main phone line
• Screen and transfer calls
• Take and distribute messages
• Provide basic information to callers
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Greet visitors to the office
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Enter and process orders in the database
• Make updates to spreadsheets
• Create and distribute invoices
• Provide additional clerical, administrative and general office support as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of Clerical, Administrative and/or Reception experience
• Computer and Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
