Customer Service and Claims Data Entry Representative

$45,000 to start plus 3 month salary review, quarterly bonuses and full benefits

As Customer Service and Claims Data Entry Representative, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Joining a specialist in the Healthcare Industry supporting claims processes for Medical Devices
• Receiving complete training
• Learning to coordinate the claims process
• Obtaining claims from clients with damaged and/or defective medical devices
• Communicating with clients by phone and email
• Helping clients file their claims
• Answering questions and inquiries
• Filling out all required documents
• Monitoring open claims
• Providing periodic status updates to clients on open/pending claims
• Notifying clients of approvals and denials
• Ensuring clients are reimbursed for their claims
• Troubleshooting issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalating complex issues as necessary
• Handling special projects
• Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support, Claims Processing or similar
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate Data Entry skills
