Customer Service / Data Entry / Dispatcher

Customer Service Specialist and Dispatcher

Up to $54,000 to start plus full benefits and quarterly bonuses (up to 20% of base salary)

As Customer Service Specialist and Dispatcher, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Be assigned a group of existing accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contract for your accounts
• Communicate by phone and email
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
• Create price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Arrange, schedule and track deliveries
• Monitor open orders and inventory supply levels
• Provide periodic status updates to customers and internal teams
• Perform additional inventory control functions
• Provide post sale support
• Schedule appointments for routine service and repairs
• Dispatch technicians to customer locations
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Run routine and special reports
• Conduct routine and special analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support and/or Dispatching experience
• Experience with ANY CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• +++ Inventory Planning, Inventory Control and/or Service Coordination experience
