Parts Customer Service Specialist
Up to $65,000 to start plus great company-sponsored benefits
As Parts Customer Service Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Receiving complete training
- Serving as a resource for customers
- Learning to administer parts orders
- Taking, entering and processing quotes, orders, forms and contracts
- Scheduling customer deliveries
- Learning to process and coordinate service requests
- Monitoring open orders
- Creating and processing invoices
- Administering parts returns
- Performing other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Experience administering/Coordinating Parts Orders
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
- +++ SAP experience / proficiency
