Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist

Up to $55,000 to start plus Bonus, Profit Sharing, PTO, Medical Insurance and 401k

As Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist, you will:

• Join a specialist in home furnishings and decor products
• Receive complete training
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide information on product pricing, availability and lead times
• Take, enter and process orders
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Provide post sale support
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Enter and process warranty claims
• Authorize product returns
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Handle special customer service projects

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of Customer Service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficiency with ANY ERP and/or CRM system

Pluses:

• +++ A Bachelor’s Degree
• +++ Related experience from a similar industry
