Data Entry / Clerical / Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable Clerk

Up to $48,000 plus full benefits

As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Learn to use the accounting system
• Enter and process supplier invoices in the accounting system
• Upload supporting documentation
• Make updates to spreadsheets
• Identify, research and clarify errors, omissions and discrepancies as they arise
• Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Assist with month end close and year end close processes
• Reconcile bank statements
• Provide additional clerical, administrative, data entry and accounts payable support as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
