Data Entry / Clerical / Administrative

Office Assistant (Entry-Level)

Start ASAP – $16.00 per hour

As Entry-Level Office Assistant, you will:

• Join a specialist in the hospitality management industry
• Receive complete training
• Learn to support the VP of Operations
• Perform a combination of clerical, administrative and customer support duties
• Assist with data entry projects
• Make updates to lists and spreadsheets
• Perform additional document review, document control and document processing activities
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Monitor office supply levels
• Answer the main phone line
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Ensure the office remains neat and orderly
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Computer and Data Entry skills
• Customer Service, Clerical and Administrative skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

This is a contract assignment with a STRONG POSSIBILITY of converting to a full time, direct-hire job in approximately 3 months.

Partial benefits will be available from JobGiraffe throughout the duration of your contract assignment.

If hired on directly, you will receive a benefits package that includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance as well as PTO.
