Customer Support Specialist

Up to $19.00 per hour to start

As Customer Support Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Receiving complete training
• Learning to enter and process warranty claims
• Assisting customers with the completion of all required claims documentation
• Providing assistance and support to customers throughout the claims process
• Answering questions and address inquiries
• Updating customer information in the database
• Troubleshooting and resolve issues as they arise
• Escalating complex issues as necessary
• Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center or similar experience
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate data entry skills

Pluses:

• +++ Previous experience with Warranty Claims
• +++ Previous experience with Auto Insurance Claims
• +++ An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

This is a contract assignment anticipated to last 3 months with the STRONG POSSIBILITY to convert to a full-time, direct-hire with the Company thereafter.
