Data Entry / Customer Support / Dispatching

Customer Support and Dispatch Coordinator (Construction Office)

Up to $25.00 per hour to start plus full benefits

As Customer Support and Dispatch Coordinator, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Join the Service Team
• Provide a combination of Clerical, Administrative, Operations and Customer Support
• Communicate with customers and field service teams by phone and email
• Arrange and schedule customer appointments
• Learn to create work orders and service tickets for new appointments
• Learn to prepare and monitor the daily service schedule
• Dispatch field teams to jobsites for routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Monitor open service tickets
• Follow up with customers and field teams regarding open tickets
• Learn to create customer invoices
• Learn to enter and process supplier invoices
• Learn to prepare annual service contracts renewals for existing customers
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of Customer Service, Administrative Office or Dispatching experience

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ Service Department experience or similar
• +++ Construction Industry experience or similar
