Financial Data Entry Specialist (R766A)

Start ASAP – Up to $23.00 per hour

As Financial Data Entry Specialist, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Learn to facilitate the asset transfer process
• Learn to administer the accounting system
• Learn to enter and process incoming asset transfer requests
• Learn to check financial forms for accuracy and completeness prior to entry
• Learn to monitor pending transactions
• Learn to prepare asset re-reregistration forms and other required documentation
• Submit paperwork to investment sponsors
• Enter and process third party billings
• Apply associated transaction feeds
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Learn to facilitate the clearance of pending transactions
• Learn to assist with asset valuation processes
• Uphold quality and compliance standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Fast and accurate Data Entry skills

With:

• Related experience from the banking or financial services industry or similar
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
