Payment Data Entry and Accounts Payable Clerk

Up to $26.25 per hour to start plus great company-sponsored benefits and annual bonus

As Payment Data Entry and Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and process invoices
• Code invoices for tax and archival purposes
• Monitor and track employee expenses
• Identify errors, omissions and discrepancies
• Research and clarify issue as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Obtain approvals on expenditures
• Distribute payments
• Assist with month and year end close processes
• Run routine and special reports
• Conduct routine and special analysis
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience

With:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accurate data entry skills
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

Pluses:

• +++ Related experience from a manufacturer or distributor of products
• +++ J.D. Edwards Software experience
