Job Details

Maintenance of a variety of files which includes sorting, classifying, indexing, cross-referencing documents for filing, and searching/retrieving files or contents as necessary.

Ensures documents are accurately filed within appropriate time limits, schedules appointments, processes related paperwork, and distributes appropriate lists required in specific units in a timely fashion.

Complies, computes, tabulates, and verifies data; prepares routine reports, assists in preparing special reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

In addition, verifies information on computer printouts and resolves discrepancies.

The position also requires the daily processing of mail, the coordination of mass mailings, and maintenance and updates of manuals to ensure they are current at all times.
