We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist to support the Financial Service Manager. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and professional image of our company. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, routing calls, and performing secretarial duties. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and route phone calls to appropriate departments
• Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy and organized workspace
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Perform secretarial duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
• Process receipts and invoices for accounting purposes
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
