This is a fantastic opportunity to join our recruitment team as an In-house Recruiter at our newly renovated head office in Thame. We offer a salary of up to £28,000 per year, inclusive of Bupa healthcare, generous holiday allowance, and hybrid working options. Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9 (You can work from the office for 3 days and from home for 2 days) The role: – As an In-house Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting people for field roles across the UK for some of the biggest brands worldwide. This will involve having conversations over the phone or video (Teams) with potential talents. Key Responsibilities: – Managing the entire recruitment process, including shortlisting and conducting phone/Teams interviews, following guidelines to support the business and ensure client branding. – Collaborating with hiring managers to create eye-catching marketing materials to attract candidates. – Utilizing various sourcing methods, such as advertising, proactive searching on LinkedIn, and CV databases. – Providing a superb candidate experience and effectively managing applicant pipelines. – Proactively finding solutions to recruitment challenges. – Communicating with stakeholders and hiring managers to maintain alignment throughout the hiring process.
