               Job Roles:

Ø  Source for suitable candidates using multiple recruitment channels.

Ø  Conduct initial screening interviews for the position of Financial Consultant.

Ø  Arrange for final selection interview for the directors.

Ø  Coordinate and monitor the process of licensing with head office and regulators.

Ø  Assist in administrative work with various head office departments.

              Requirements:

Ø  Strong interpersonal skills

Ø  Confidence in self

Ø  Highly independent and self-motivated

Ø  Desire to learn about recruitment and selection process

Ø  Result-oriented and goal-driven

Ø  Singaporean/Singapore PR

Ø  Diploma and above in equivalent fields or/and working experiences in recruitment or sale 

Flexible working with a few days WFH weekly
