JOB DESCRIPTION
-Manage incoming phone calls, emails, walk-ins and organize mail
-Organize schedules and ensure team members complete assigned tasks
-Coordinate required vendors i.e. photography, signage, mortgage, legal, etc.
-Enter property data into real estate and marketing databases
-Manage property showing requests, secure feedback and compile results
-Coordinate open houses and broker tours
-Coordinate and manage client events and the delivery of client gifts/items of value
-Distribute, collect and report client satisfaction survey results
-Research market data and prepare generic monthly reports
-Fine-tune systems, checklists and processes for continuous improvement
-Provide support to clients and cooperating agents
-Support agents in various administrative tasks
-Manage special projects, as required
-Provide contingency support for team member deliverables
-Set up systems that make the office run more efficiently.
-Keep in touch with clients and find new clients.
-Great at building rapport and gathering information when needed while remaining confidential.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Previous administrative experience is highly recommended.
-Familiar with the following applications:
GMAIL, EXCEL, CANVA, GOOGLE DRIVE,
-The ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively as a team
-The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment
-Real estate related experience is preferred, but not required
-An acute and consistent attention to detail
-A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
-Complete work thoroughly, accurately and on time
-Know how to conduct a positive, personal tone on the phone, through email, and personal interactions with clients.
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude
-Demonstrate consistent care for the client, even when they prove challenging
-Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to change and support the growth of the team
-Takes constructive criticism well, and is always looking for ways to make jobs “simpler”
-Must be organized, able to adapt with an ever-changing schedule and daily tasks.
EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
-$16.00/ hour to start, for first 3 weeks of assessment.
-Raises to be earned, after 3 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year if employee shows growth, independence and initiative.
-Bonuses for any clients you bring to the business of
$500/successful client referral.
-Medical benefits to be discussed at 1 year mark of employment.
PLACE OF WORK
-Employee, has access to a full office with desktop computer, to work at 1202 Southview Drive SE.
-Employee also has the ability to work from home, if he/she has a macbook (to access file sharing), proper working internet, cell phone and printer.
Weekly team meeting at our office to discuss priorities, goals, and personal/professional development.
HOURS OF WORK
We are starting this position as part-time that will most certainly grow into full-time once your training is complete, and we feel that more tasks can be added to your plate.
4 hours/day for 5 days a week guaranteed at the beginning.
Employee will be required to answer texts/calls after hours to line up showings.
