Main Responsibilities

In this position, you will have the opportunity to plan and develop advertising and publicity campaigns for John Deere’s agro segment in Mexico and Central America. Will act as a focal point for Tactical Marketing, assisting, leading and directing communication efforts for the designated segment from the briefing received. It will coordinate activities in partnership with agencies, the Value Generation team, Strategic Marketing, Communication, dealer network, among others.

We are looking for a talent that is attentive to details, has the ability to lead different projects simultaneously, enjoys activities that involve creativity and teamwork.

You Also will:

• Ensure that advertising products meet company standards and guidelines and make adjustments or corrections, if necessary.
• Act autonomously, develop and design publications, including layouts, mock-ups and final files.
• Direct, recommend and monitor contracted agencies and graphics, including pre-media, print and illustration work.
• Keeping up-to-date with current design and production options, determining the best approach for each campaign, so that development is efficient, on-time and cost-effective.
• Create and provide marketing information for use in promotional events and marketing campaigns such as advertising campaign, digital and social media channels, regional shows, product introductions and after-sales;
• Develop and track budget, usually at the project level.
• Develop and monitor KPI’s, analyze metrics and develop dashboard reports.
• Plan photo and video sessions.

What Skills You Need

• Experience in advertising, focusing on creating and formatting campaigns.
• Intermediate English: reads and writes e-mails independently, takes less complex phone calls and participates in meetings.
• Basic skills with communication tools, such as: design, editing, photography, audiovisual, marketing, advertising and web journalism.
• Knowledge of the office package, mainly Power Point and Excel.

Education

Complete degree in areas such as Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or similar.
