The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND .

Your Responsibilities

As a Part Time Student-Quality Engineering for John Deere- ISG you will….

• Support large projects by applying Project Management skills including establishing a project plan, setting milestones, facilitation, and communication planning

• Apply problem solving/engineering skills to apply agile solutions

• Gather and analyze quality systems data and identify improvement opportunities

• Adapt, learn, and empower others with use of digital tools utilized to improve business processes

This position is not available to students on immigration visas.

What Skills You Need

• Ideally you will be pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Engineering or MIS (Management Information Systems); others may apply

• Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. accredited college/university

• Graduation date of December 2024 or later

• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

• Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly

• Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly

• Must be able to commute to a John Deere facility as needed
