As a Part-Timer with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing superior customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them. Ideally, we are looking for our customers who love how we serve them – someone who loves our products & represents our brand.

Your role as a Johnny Bigg Part-Timer:

• Be passionate about customer service and delivering a memorable experience for our customers
• Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s
• Assist in replenishment and unpacking of stock
• Maintaining store presentation standards
• Act with Urgency with customers and tasks
• Availability and flexibility through extended hours including late night trades, weekends and public holidays.

About You:

• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Take pride in your personal style and presentation
• Have an interest in fashion and trends
• Have previous experience in retail or customer service (preferable)
• Must be available for both late nights and weekends and have good availability during the weekdays
• Loves working in a fast-paced environment
• Is someone who takes initiative, quick thinking and loves problem solving
