Job Title: Office Administrator

Reports to: General Manager

Location: Cerenovus Galway, Ballybrit

Job Purpose:

Provide Administrative and Organisational support to General Manager in Cerenovus. Provide general office administration and support requests.

Main Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATION

• Diary Management, meeting scheduling, minute taking
• Management Meeting agenda coordination
• Supporting site visits (internal and external visitors, including physicians)
• Maintaining records, filing
• General office administration – mail and deliveries
• Support finance for data entry (purchase orders)
• Healthcare Compliance (HCC) administration

Other

• General office upkeep – coordinate with office manager / facilities
• Travel and expense reporting
• Raise Purchase Orders
• Maintain SharePoint folders

Qualifications

Qualifications/ skills required

• Leaving Certificate Qualified, additional qualifications preferred
• High level of digital literacy, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Handling critical/confidential information with integrity
• Responding to enquires / requests in a timely fashion with clear communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple functions/ partners at all levels of the business
• Ability to build relationships
• Self-motivated and organised
• Proactive and forward planning
• Able to work flexibly on time-sensitive matters
• Positive ‘can do’ demeanor
