Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Brand Associate in Dermatology Team in Janssen, located in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active participation developing & implementing Gastro Brand Plan
• Strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as marketing, medical affairs, access, regulatory, PSP, BI, training, HCPs and companies’ vendors
• Support the Brand Manager in administrative tasks to execute brand strategy
• Build a positive relationship with sales force and medical affairs team to support the accounting plans through strategic actions and identify business opportunities
• Identifies external customers needs and expectations/requirements to build innovative business initiatives
• Ensure an effective brand communication by developing strategic materials, promotional events and multichannel campaign
• Be leader of a specific project supporting local and regional brand strategy according to brand book

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree completed

Experience and Skills:

Required:

More than 1 year required in commercial areas as brand responsible or as marketing team member.

intermediate English

Preferred:

• Experience in multichannel campaigns
• Expertise with Veeva and different programs for administrative tasks (i.e. Request Navigator, eMarket Place, iConnect, iMedical)
