About this role:

Scheduling and co-ordination support for CP Quality Control Lab function.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Schedules laboratory samples for receipt to appropriate laboratory for testing.
• Co-ordinates requirements of stability protocols and reports results to stability group.
• Prepares certificate of analysis as required
• Prepares custom reports for lab processes and associated metrics.
• Trending of laboratory results
• Supports QMS/audits/ supplier quality
• Sample management for offsite third-party analysis.
• Ensures the laboratory document control process is compliant with Quality Systems requirements.
• Drives Continuous Improvement in CP Laboratories
• Supports revision updates and changes to procedures and methods as directed.
• Provides laboratory support to other departments as required.
• Performs any other work as requested by management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Essential:

• Minimum of Degree level qualification in Chemistry, Microbiology or other relevant science discipline.

Desirables:

• Good organization and communication skills and familiarity with computer packages.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Flexible work ethic.
• Attention to detail.
