The Regional FP&A Analyst will support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated stakeholders within Business Unit Finance. The analyst will be exposed to following areas:
- Business partnering with various stakeholders
- Business Plan support and analysis
- Data analysis and trend and forecast reporting
- Quarter close and standard reporting
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
Decision Support: Learn to prepare ad-hoc reporting & performance analytics work products
Budgeting, Updates, Standard Reporting/Analytics Execution: Gain understanding of how to deliver balance sheet forecasting work products
Budgeting, Updates, Standard Reporting/Analytics Execution: Learn baseline Budget preparation work by performing statistical trend analysis
Budgeting, Updates, Standard Reporting/Analytics Execution: Hands on experience of delivering standard reporting & performance analytics work products
Governance: Learn to prepare CoE Operational Performance Metrics
Administrative Activities: Participate in functional or career development training
Administrative Activities: participate in status or team meetings and provide updates to leadership
Other DutiesÂ
- Supports ad hoc requests / projects
- Supports continuous improvement activities
- Assists with training fellow team members
- Participates in training to increase knowledge & skill
- Perform performance management activities
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent              Â
Required Years of Related Experience: 0-2 Years    Â
Preferred Area of Study:Â Finance/Accounting, CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certification
Preferred Related Industry Experience (if applicable): Corporate Finance/Financial Services
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes. Strong influencer, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success. Team player who is passionate & hungry for success. Experienced professional with strong communication skills who is able to interact with senior management is required. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.
