THE OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities

• Achieve / exceed sales and contribute to total company sales within Territory across specialty area.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, support and service.
• Manage sales related expenses within the agreed forecast and/or guidelines.
• Maintain and care for company equipment.
• Develop strong customer relationships .
• Actively pursue tender/contract opportunities .
• Research customer needs to identify sales opportunities in line with Product Management marketing strategies.
• Contribute to innovative service arrangements which build customer loyalty .
• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and at-risk business .
• Analyze and interpret account strategies and plans, and data from TVA system and other sources where necessary/appropriate to gain a broad understanding of business environment in which account operates and insights into account needs.
• Utilize KAP to Increase unit growth, profitability, and market share within both existing and potential customers.
• Work collaboratively with other Medical Device colleagues to deliver account plan e.g. maintain appropriate awareness of all other functions/roles interacting with the account to ensure efficient alignment of efforts and maximize impact of all brand related activities between Medical Devices and the account.

• Tertiary qualification in Business of Health
• Strong knowledge of the New Zealand Health Care Sector.
• Strong collaborator able to create genuine partnerships.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to problem solve.
