Position summary: Responsible for office administration tasks. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Document editing and type correspondence
- Data input
- File documents
- Copying documents
- Assist with administrative and marketing tasks on various projects
- Uploading documents to OnBase computer program
- Processing/Preparation of contracts and sub-agreements; insurance certifications
- Process incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain tidiness of office areas
Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
