Clinical Team Leader – Full Time

Wimbledon Villa Rest Home in Feilding is looking for a full-time Clinical Team Leader to join the dedicated team.

Location: 204 Manchester Street Feilding

About the role: 

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will provide a safe environment for residents and staff through effective day-to-day management and supervision of resident care and the provision of professional leadership and support to the RNS, and healthcare staff to ensure the best quality care service is provided to all residents within the facility.  

Some duties but not limited to:

• Clinical Leadership – Ensure excellent standards of clinical practice are implemented and gerontological best practice is  delivered at all times 
• Coordinate, motivate, and develop the team
• Ensure effective communication and teamwork with staff, residents and families/whanau
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Manage risks in order to minimise any undue exposure or clinical risk
• Compliance & Quality Improvement

Skills and Experience

• Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate.
• Experience in clinical or management in an aged care facility 
• Strong management and administration skills 
• Computer literate with concise reporting skills
• Exemplary customer service / communication skills
