Boutique Dental Office Seeks Experienced Patient Concierge

We treat every patient like a VIP and are known for our skilled dentists, Customer Service, and an accommodating and friendly staff. We are a fee for service practice and we focus on complete health dentistry for our patients.

You must be enthusiastic, growth focused, a great communicator and open to change for this role. This position mixes a combination of Guest Services, Patient Liaison, Business Savvy, and Marketing knowledge. We are seeking an individual with a “service-based mentality” that can bring a “How may I help you?” approach to our dental office. A gregarious and fun personality with exceptional customer service is A MUST! Previous experience is given high priority, must know how to work in a dental office!

This position is known as Patient Concierge. Here are some of the duties that this position will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service (A MUST!!)
• New patient calls and scheduling to goal daily
• Paperwork for new and existing patients
• Preparing and presenting treatment plans
• Discussing financial options with patients for treatment
• Understanding treatment in order to help the patient move forward
• Gathering all necessary information before appointment
• Meting benchmarks for practice success

This is a full time position with a 4 day work week. No evenings or weekends! We offer competitive pay, PTO, and the best patients, team and dentists you could want!
