JPK Fencing Systems are a leading supplier of commercial steel fencing and access solutions. We manufacture from our base at Knockdoe, Claregalway. Our primary products are all steel related. At our manufacturing facility, we cut, press, weld, paint and prepare most products that we supply to our customers. We have a highly skilled team of production professionals and team of installers working throughout the country.

We require a scheduler and planner to work with in the company. The role would involve the following:

Working with our design & sales teams to understand what orders are being generated and translating this into production plans for our manufacturing facility.

We work on a primarily “work to order” manufacturing system so there is a constant requirement to juggle resources, customer requirements, and raw materials. Our objective is to ensure that we deliver to all customers on time with quality products.

As as a liaison between the workshop supervisor and the sales and administration team.

Understand and communicate stock requirements to the purchasing team

Assist the sales and admin team in the management of customer orders.

Skills required:

1. Ability to read and understand CAD drawings

2. Good written and Verbal communication skills

3. Ability to work as part of a team

4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
