Digital Document Services (DDS) provides a wide range of capabilities spanning the document lifecycle. Our services address industry wide document challenges in a historically manual and labour intensive environment. We digitize content that powers data accessibilityand distribution. Our portfolio spans a wide spectrum of asset classes, regulatory regimes, markets, standard and custom solutions. The depth of offering leverages the expertise of qualified global resourceswith a proven track record of quality, control, scale and optimization. We directly support the Legal, Client facing teams in the end-to-end management of the documentation life cycle. The team will partner with internal areas including Product, Client Service, Implementation and Operations to facilitate a timely, well controlled process for oversight and receipt of executed documentation. The Digital Document Services team has a global footprint covering 15 countries including Hong Kong, New York, London, Buenos Aires and Bangalore.
We are looking for an individual that has an enthusiasm and passion for driving change, a desire to improve the client experience with a commitment to service excellence. In this particular role it is essential that the individual has excellent analytical and organisational skills to perform management of the physical legal agreements and ancillary documents. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the legal documentation storage requirements post execution. This includes oversight, administration, and review of multiple tasks across the document lifecycle to ensure a seamless service for our stakeholders.
The core responsibilities include ensuring adherence to internal SLAs, validating the documents are meeting the required levels of quality control prior to end state storage in the document electronic or physical repository. The management of documentation must adhere to global policies and standards and be recorded in line with well defined procedures. The team provides subject matter and process expertise in client documentation and are knowledgeable in document content across a wide range of legal agreements and ancillary documents.
