We are seeking an exceptional Business Support Manager to work in our Cybersecurity & Technology Controls Team in Dublin.

The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, is results oriented and is passionate about cultivating and supporting high performing Cybersecurity teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

Business Support Management function is tasked with a variety of business administration and control responsibilities in support of the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls Dublin Team.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Seeking out and On-boarding new joiners, Business Support Manager will partner with hiring managers in advance of a new joiner’s arrival to determine and request required desktop hardware, applications, data subscriptions and physical accesses.
• Develop comprehensive detailed User Access Request Guides and user guides for on-boarding of new employees.
• Off-boarding leavers, Business Support Manager will work with managers to ensure that all leavers have appropriate requests raised in a timely manner to have accesses removed
• Managing transfers for all personnel transferring into, out of or between teams within Cyber Technology & Controls, Business Support Manager will assist managers to ensure requests for accesses, permissions and subscriptions are managed as appropriate
• Real estate for the location – Planning and partnership with the Global Real Estate team for floor capacity and ongoing location projects. Business Support Manager will be responsible for the monthly validation and reporting in the location.
• Act as central point of escalation for location invoicing, partnering with business submitters, Global Supplier Services and the EMEA Invoicing team to remediate delays and issues.
• Liaise with related external parties in relation to training, tax credits. Liaise with government bodies in relation to Tax credits and R&D engagements and assessments.
• Work alongside regional Compliance and Business Control officers in clean desk reviews across the Dublin office.
• Work with Cybersecurity Technology & Controls SPE Chief of Staff to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
• Help Team with company wide initiatives and help Team complete projects on time.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience as a hiring manager with extensive experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing talent and building a pipeline, creating effective job specs, scheduling interview rounds and reviewing feedback
• 3+ years financial and budgetary experience
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for business support functions
• Prior experience in Financial Services or another highly regulated industry
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments
• High attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated. Ability to work autonomously
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience in procurement and vendor management
• Experience liaising with real estate/facilities team as part of floor or building moves
• General interest and awareness in security, especially cloud security
