As an Analytics Solutions Associate Senior you will partner with Internal Auditors to leverage data, technology, and techniques for the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls. You will focus on providing solutions to drive effective audit testing techniques. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Continual learning in the areas of internal audit, business operations, interpersonal skills, data architecture, data analysis tools, and analysis techniques.
Collaborating with internal audit partners and peers to design and execute effective solutions addressing internal audit’s objectives.
Your day-to-day job will require close partnership with Internal Audit teams as well as data analytic peers to design relevant audit testing that leverages data. This includes strong interpersonal skills to clarify requests, help shape and identify requirements, and continually report on progress. In addition, you will develop and leverage skills for sourcing data (SQL), developing solutions (Alteryx, R, Python, QlikView, Tableau, etc.) and delivering results. You will work with peers and audit stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the data architecture in order to deliver relevant results. In many cases you will be working on several projects simultaneously, so you will require the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve goals efficiently.
You will have an opportunity to develop in, but not limited to, the following disciplines:

Data analysis including: SQL (Oracle, Teradata, Hive, Sybase, etc.), Alteryx, R, Python, QlikView, Tableau
Internal auditing practice
Business operations and processes
Data management concepts
You will be required to pursue and attain an industry relevant certification. You should have four or more years of relevant professional experience.
