You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities to meet the needs of the industry such as Aerospace, Advanced Manufacturing, Biomedical, Chemical, Construction, Energy, Food, Lifestyle, Land Transport, Logistics, etc.
What you will be working on
You will manage customer leases and provide support to our customers’ operations within these facilities. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers and building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs. You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including: formulating marketing strategies, product conceptualisation, product launches & promotions, budgeting and reviewing policies.
Your work encompasses overseeing and handling issues related to estate and property maintenance. We are hiring for the following clusters:

- Biomedical, Electronics
- Chemicals, Energy, Utilities & Product Network (chemicals/energy related)
