About This Role

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll oversee the growth of our Jubilee and nectar social channels – creating digitally-savvy content for our audience of 10+ million! You’ll collaborate with our Brand Marketing, Creative, and Brand Partnership teams to produce short form editorial and branded content. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about growing and fostering a social community through the creation of viral content.

What You’ll Do:

• Leading the overall social strategy across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & YouTube
• Managing a centralized, cross-platform content calendar, including organic, branded, and campaign content
• Setting growth goals and driving experimentation to unlock platform-specific scale
• Managing and mentoring a small team (Social Media Associate, editors, freelancers)
• Collaborating cross-functionally with creative, production, brand partnerships, and product teams
• Developing systems to support cast-led content at scale
• Owning content performance reporting, insights, and optimization workflows
• Building and executing social-led strategies to drive nectar app downloads
• Partnering closely with the Brand Partnerships team to ideate and execute sponsored content and social deliverables for paid campaigns

Who You Are:

• 3 years of demonstrated brand marketing and social media experience
• A social media native who has a sharp eye for trends and a strong creative POV
• You understand what it takes to produce viral videos for social media
• A strong collaborator who is highly organized and excels at time management
• Extremely comfortable editing short form and long form videos
• Someone with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of copy
• Someone with high quality work ethic & who is comfortable being self-sufficient
• Have a good understanding of Jubilee’s mission & values

Work Model

At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model — We’re in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you’ll need to be local or ready to make the move!
