JUCY Group Looking for Online Marketing Manager at Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to join our team at JUCY HQ, reporting to the Head of Online, the Online Marketing Manager will manage the execution of the Jucy & Star RV online marketing plan & achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will represent the online channel throughout the campaign planning process, and in addition, will participate in the creation of the digital technology roadmap for JUCY & Star Online channels and track and report on its performance to the wider business.

The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident with all aspects of digital data with the ability to work with development teams to scope technical enhancements to online infrastructure, particularly booking and reservation systems and work with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.

You must have the heart and desire to challenge the norm, identify new digital opportunities and implement them. You’ll be able to interpret and analyse data effectively and then provide feedback on technical problems and solutions to the business. You will have a keen eye to track and resolve issues, so all digital marketing is optimised.

You’ll present plans and optimisation opportunities for internal and external stakeholders but also be happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done ensuring that they are executed, optimised and reported on. You’ll thrive working collaboratively with our digital marketing agencies and the wider JUCY Revenue Team.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 3 years plus experience in a similar role
• A proven work background marketing a travel product globally & ability to operate in multiple markets remotely
• A fundamental understanding of Google and Meta with an understanding of metrics and how to compile them to track performance through the funnel from impression to revenue
• Experience in tracking campaign performance both on and off-site and compiling reports
• Ability to manage project delivery and maintain documentation and stakeholder updates
