Judge Anthony Consulting LLC Hiring for Virtual Administrative Assistant at Remote Full Time

We are an online business that provides digital courses, group consulting and private consulting to people going through child custody and divorce matters. We are not a law firm but consult with people regarding strategy, mindset, preparing and organizing evidence, persuasive presentation, etc.

We are hiring a virtual assistant to work part time and then move into a potentially managerial and full time role.

Duties will include:

-Corresponding with clients via email.

-Troubleshooting for clients who have purchased courses.

-Responding to social media comments and messages.

-Moderating social media group.

-Managing owner calendar and scheduling consultations.

-Etc.

Applicant must be passionate about their work and have the desire to progress. An engaging and friendly personality is also required. Applicant must also have general knowledge with technology (Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Calendars, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.58 – $20.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
